Tom Whelan
Surveying Director
Tom has been in the Construction Industry since 1993 and commenced employment with Purcell in 2003 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working on a large variety of public and private projects.
In 2006, he was part of an MBO and was appointed Surveying Director, with overall responsibility for Quantity Surveying and Purchasing.
Tom manages a team of QS and purchasing professionals and is responsible for the commercial activities and performance of all projects. He holds an Honours Degree in Construction Economics from DIT Bolton Street.
