The Role
- Invoicing Customers and managing receivables. You will develop an excellent working relationship with a portfolio of clients and handle any queries on their account.
- Accurate weekly debtor’s report with appropriate commentary.
- Processing large volume of payments to Subcontractors.
- Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) – Ensuring Revenue is notified of all payments to Subcontractors and that Monthly RCT returns are completed and returned timely.
- Ensure all Subcontractors insurances are maintained and up to date.
- Plant Hire Invoices – processing of all incoming Plant Hire invoices from recording the receipt through to payment.
- Auto Lease Invoices – Processing of all incoming Lease invoices through to payment.
- Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time.

What you will need to bring to Purcell Construction:
Key requirements:
- Qualified Accounts Technician through ATI or similar qualification.
- 5 years experience working in a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central (Navision) or other large ERP system is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent IT skills including Windows, Word, and Excel skills.
- Working experience with Relevant Contracts Tax.
- Develop an excellent working relationship with a portfolio of clients and handle any queries on their accounts.
- Liaise with the Quantity Surveying department ensuring Subcontractor Payments Certs are processed as per contractual terms.
- Work with Purchasing Department and Site Teams in resolution of any Plant Hire queries.
- Ability to resolve issues and propose solutions to issues that arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks, while meeting all internal deadlines.
