Derek Timlin
Commercial Director
Derek has been in the Construction Industry since 1995 and commenced with Purcell in 1997 as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, involved in many public and private projects.
In 2006, he was part of an MBO and was appointed Commercial Director, with overall responsibility for business development, estimating and tendering.
Derek plays a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships and is responsible for the company’s turnover planning and leading our future growth strategy. He holds an Honours Degree in Construction Economics from Heriot Watt University.
